So today i made an 181 pp play on HoneyWorks - Miraizu feat.Aida Miou(CV:Toyosaki Aki) [Special].
The score was not submitted, i had a pp play which is 157 from an older score on the same map.
On the pp counter, which is correct, it displayed 181,(something) pp and i was so happy to set the score.

osu! version: 20180416.4 (latest)

There is a possibility that the 157pp play had more score than the 181pp play.

Bancho issues
