[Archived] osu lag and mouse problems?

Problem Details: whenever i move my mouse in osu the game lags like hell and when i dont move it whilst keeping it still the game runs fine

Video or screenshot showing the problem: (i sadly cannot)

osu! version: 20180416.4 (latest)

Backup your replays and songs folders and try a fresh reinstall,if it doesn't work try to update/reinstall your gpu and/or audio drivers.
EDIT: Is your Osu! running in the latest version?
