This was due to mismatched bbcode tags, it has been fixed.

Each tag needs to be closed in a specific order. Nested tags need to be closed first. For example, this is correct: 
[center][notice]Some text here[/notice][/center]

This is not correct because of the order: 
[center][notice]Some text here[/center][/notice]

Alternatively, you could open the notice tag first to resolve this. 
[notice][center]Some text here[/center][/notice]

Broken tags have been able to cause issues like that for quite a while if that is what you are asking.
