I can find BPMs of other songs but not this one >_>

I can usually find the BPMs of songs I map but I am having a bit of difficulty with this one. Dont know if its just a problem with the way I find BPMs, but this song is kind of hard for me to wrap my head around. Any help finding the BPM would be very appreciated, even if its just a new strategy (or the best strategy) to finding BPMs. Although, if you're going to tell me a strategy, I would like it if you could be as detailed as possible because I am an idiot. But if you can just help me short term by telling me the correct BPM, that will be a great help too. >_> ]

Short answer: I found bpm 171.60 with an offset of 23050 working for me.

Also there is an assistance tool in osu! to help with bpm finding. Generally it is a good idea to find something that just somewhat works, and then go near the end of the song and see whether it still works there. I haven't looked at the song too much, but I see why it's hard finding a rhythm.
