Problem Details:

However, I did not see a solution.
Problem (length does not matter):
When trying to change the capitalization of a beatmap name (Title and/or Difficulty), upon saving,
"File exists with same metadata! Do you wish to overwrite?"
will pop up. Hitting yes will delete the map, which AFAIK, cannot be recovered.
For example, if I have the difficulty name "test" and I want to change it to "Test", it will recreate this and lead to the map disappearing.
The current solution I have at the moment is to change to a different name and back:
1. change "test" to "test1" and save
2. change "test1" to "Test" and save
I am wondering if there is an alternative/better solution because if there is, I have not been able to find it.
Also, I want to know if there is the possibility of recovering the file.
Happened to me just now and pretty sad :/
Summary:
What I expected to happen:
1. Change "test" to "Test"
2. Save
3. Changes are saved
What actually happens:
1. Change "test" to "Test"
2. Save
3.
4. Map disappears
