[Archived] Everything Stuck as Unranked + Settings Reset

I decided to play some osu! and when I launched it not 10 seconds into it my computer crashes so I have to restart. I relaunch after I startup again and all my settings have been reset. Even more, all of the beatmaps are unranked. Every single one has the "?" label. Anyone know how to fix this?

It's not surprising to me that my settings were reset after a computer crash, that happens. But the maps all being unranked is what's new.

Try changing from Local Rankings to Global Rankings, ranked maps that I've downloaded won't show that they're ranked unless i'm on global rankings first

That fixes it thanks, anyone know why my osu! settings are going back to default after a windows 10 crash?

same over here. I restarted my PC and lost all of my settings and I was set to the default osu skin. I also lost the grades next to the beatmaps, but when I selected local ranking, they appeared.

it's like I'm logging onto a brand new PC, even though I didn't.

Please change your leaderboard from local for now to fix this. We're working on a solution for this.
