I have a Huion 420 tablet in white and recently bought it because I thought my old H420 model was causing the cursor to lag in the middle of beatmaps, but it does it with this one as well. I run Windows 10 and the most recent version of OSU! Kinda sucks, and I can't find a good solution. I've turned off Tablet Mode and left it on and the problem persists. My framerate is at 240 FPS, and sensitivity is all the way up.
