That post is referring to a key repeat rate or key repeat delay, which they were able to change in their keyboard's drivers. I'm not entirely sure this option exists for your keyboard, but I'd recommend you look for a similar option in your drivers, or perhaps look in keyboard software manual, which you can probably find online if you don't have a physical copy.
