Problem Details:
So I have a problem with fps spiking up and down and making the game all choppy and plain unplayable. First suggest is a bad PC, however, I have a GTX 1070 so that's out of the question. Does anyone have any ideas on the problem?

Do you have any background programs draining your ram or cpu that might be why i dont think your gpu has anything o do with it try enabling reduce frame drops and if that dosnt work try updating your drivers

If you have windows 8 or more, id recommend to remove the xbox app.
