Problem Details:
I'm trying to verify my account, and it said Account Verification
Success!
Your access has been verified! Thanks for your cooperation.

But when i return to osu! it ask me again for account verifying

According to the version number at the bottom of your post, you are on an extremely outdated build. If that number is the same at as the number at the bottom of your options menu, hit the button to run the updater. If that doesn't work, try downloading the installer from here and running it over your current installation.

If you still have the same issue after doing that, or the number in your post was wrong, follow these steps:
