Problem Details:
Ok so this is happening to me for like a week or so,the glitch consists that i play a map "earn" pp and then all of a sudden my rank gets worse instead of increasing it.

This is not a glitch at all. Sometimes PP doesn't get updated immediately when you set a new score. And you need to keep in mind that other people play too and pass you in rankings, this especially applies to you since there are a lot of people who have around the same amount of PP as you. So if the amount of PP you earned isn't enough to offset the number of people who passed you, your rank will go down a bit despite gaining PP.
