Problem Details: I own an Yoga 910-13 touchscreen ultrabook, installed osu, on 4K resolution it works fine in fullscreen. Yet sometimes it gets framedrops due garbage Intel graphics.
Changing to 1920x1080 scales window like in windowed mode, despite being in fullscreen. Happen both, with letterbox and without.

@edit1: Flan proposed me to change settings inside config file. Same effect tbh. W/H, in both, client fullscreen option and raw res were set to 1920x1080 - still same scaling issue.
