Problem Details:

My account was hacked, and on the second a bad reputation. Therefore, I ask you to delete my account.

Account deletions do not happen and you are not given an extra account. If your original account was hacked, do not make a new account. Email accounts@ppy.sh and ask them for assistance. We cannot help you here.
