For some reason I lost 3pp for some reason and I don't cheat or hack and I play fairly, this happened during a multiplayer match. If this is a normal thing then please reply. Thank You!

Losing PP can happen when you get a better score on a song with the same mod combination, but you have worse accuracy. The play with the higher score is the only one that counts. Accuracy is a factor in PP, so less accuracy means less PP.
