[resolved] When streaming with OBS, latency has random spikes

Problem Details:

So I recently started to stream and I have this huge problem with latency. Whichever settings I use, I get random latency spikes. My latency is usually 1.5 and below.

Tried lowering the bitrate but it happens no matter the bitrate.

Hello there!

Follow these 3 steps and it should be fixed.

1) go to settings in obs, advanced, then set process priority to high.

2) enable compatibility mode in osu settings.

3) make sure your computer isnt overheating this will cause lag spikes, mabye upgrade your fan system if possible.
