Problem Details:
I was playing osu! for about a month and usually i can forget stuff easily such as the rules. Me and my friend were Playing osu! and i thought that it would be a good idea to make another account with identical names as my friend. Later one i haven't used this account for a month and i checked on my main account on. "Account Standing" that it was not in good standing. I checked the rules and it said that i only was supposed to have atleast one osu account nothing else. i Realise my mistake and i will take any form of punishment you have.
