[Archived] osu! 'freezes' on me (Stable Release)

Hi, I'm currently experiencing a problem where osu! stops responding, meaning i can't move the mouse or keyboard, and the game goes on by itself without allowing me to do anything. Anyone have an idea?

osu! version: 20171215.2

Does this happen shortly after you start the game?

If not, is it possible to describe what you are doing when the game freezes?

Yeah, it happens exactly 27 seconds after i start osu!, and this problem only occurs on the Stable version

Only occurs in Stable? Interesting.

Close any programs you have running in the background and try disabling any overlays you have enabled, these include but are not limited to:
Discord in-game overlay, Shadowplay/Nvidia in-game overlay, Steam in-game overlay, etc...

If disabling one of these works, please let me know what you disabled.

If you are unable to find a program that could be causing this issue, please try running osu! as an administrator.
