Trying to show my friend osu! because he's never played before but whenever I start sharing my screen in the game, it freezes on Discord. Like I can still play the game fine but screen sharing freezes. Is there a fix for this???

I screenshare a lot in Discord, the preview will freeze/lag when you preview it because your gpu ignores discord causing it to stutter/freeze, ask your friends next time if it's frozen cause most of the times it's playing perfectly without your knowing.
You can try taking osu out of fullscreen, except it'll lag a lot so I don't do it, I've been searching for a way to do it without going out of fullscreen for a while
