Problem Details:
I had osu, and it stopped working, so i decided to redownload it...
I did and it says, 'close osu! to continue' and osu isnt open :/

Check your task manager for any osu! processes or just restart your computer.

Keep in mind, reinstalling might not fix the issue you had and when uninstalling, all of your songs, skins, replays, and other files are deleted.
