Problem Details:
Massive fps drop in this particular map. Happens overlays on, or overlays off, recording or not, other applications open or not. Doesn't seem to be correlated with cpu load. Gpu usage goes down when the fps drops. Have ruled out both cpu and gpu throttling. Decent machine if a few years old.
The only thing I can guess is video decode as the drops seem to be best correlated to the video complexity. Again, this is not encode load as the same behavior occurs when not recording.
