Seinen defines the target demography, it includes a lot of different genres.

Anyway,
Favourite
- Deconstruction (Well, if you want to count that as a genre. It's actually more of a topic but w/e)
- Psychological Thriller (often, but not always, overlaps with Deconstruction)
- Slice of Life (I'm not all dark after all xD)

Least Favourite
- Sports (I just find them to be extremely boring)
- Romance (Pure Romance/Romantic Drama, that is. Romantic Comedies and stuff like that can be quite enjoyable)
- (No clue. I don't really dislike a lot of genres, only badly-made stories that claim to be of a specific genre)

I am willing to give any show a chance to impress me, but on that same note, I am apprehensive towards typically creatively-bankrupt genres like the three at the bottom of my list.

1) Harem/Reverse Harem

3) Shounen action animes (naruto, bleach, etc)

*Also: yey for seinen even though I don't fit in that demographic

Overall I like almost all genres. But favorites are those. I really hate Shoujo, Sci-Fi & Steampunk.. trash.
