so the thing is now that i play osu! since 3 yearss now and always stayed under 1ms delay even after upgrading my pc nothing changed but now for some reason it is at 4.2ms delay constant and for me now its unplayable because i always played on under 1ms.
i got a good pc wich runs osu with over 2500-3000 fps
cpu amd fx 8370 amd black edition 5.0 ghz
gpu: nvidia gtx 1080
monitor: 75hz 1ms reaction time
so if anybody knows wy this is happening pls tell me
