This is probably because you are putting force down on your left arm when you play. I have a nerve on the bottom of my forearm, and when I press it against my desk when I press the keys, it feels like my blood flow is restricted. It isn't harmful though, it just feels weird.
Are you just tensing up your arm while you play? Can you relax your arm while you play?
Try to keep your entire arm relaxed and just used them fingers to tap like normal relaxing taps on a keyboard kind of force.
You might just be tensing up your arm for the sick plays and speed, but hey I don't know you, I'm a random person from the internet, so if this isn't the case then oh well.
