Im trying to play a level but the powerbar or whatever its called is going too fast and i cant beat a level without dying cuz of the bar going to 0 ...

Seems like you're very new. Try out the NoFail mod so that you don't fail!
Or play easier maps until you have gained the skill to play the harder maps that you want to
