[Archived] My friend is unable to submit his plays and join multiplayer

Problem Details: My friend cant submit his plays and he cannot join multiplayer lobbys since he did a 281pp play, idk if he was banned because his top play was 73 before the play.

i mean i live in the same city as he lives and i saw a live play of hjim he is not cheating

I mean, just because he's in the same city as you, it doesn't mean that he's not cheating; he could cheat, delete the cheats and say he didn't do it, but that's against the point. Can you link his profile? and him not being able to submit plays or join multiplayer is probably a client sided issue as you are in the same city as him and you could join. Maybe the issue is to do with his internet or some settings he has on his firewall that doesn't allow his router and osu servers to speak to each other.

His profile is Iskybolts but it does not say account suspended or anything so its probably a client issue
