Problem Details:
I lose fps with time when I play. It seems that the more maps I play, the quicker my fps drops.
I play with 240fps, fullscreen. Changing the resolution doesn't help.
But when I switch off fullscreen, the fps gets back up to 240. Then if I switch again to fullscreen, the fps drops to what they were (then again, no matter the resolution). The only way to get the fps back to normal in fullscreen seems to be by restarting the game.
I tried different settings, but nothing seems to work. The only thing I didn't try is unstalling the game and re-installing.
I'm guessing a tier program is interfering with osu! or something. Do you guys have any clue?
