Problem Details:

help me please my problem is that I do not want my beatmap to start with the video example: that the video appears in the middle of the beatmap help?

Adjust the Video offset in the editor.

Or edit the Video to properly fit the length of the song? put a static image or blank space to fill in time?

Not sure why you would want a video to start in the middle...
