Problem Details:

Osu set to native resolution but does not cover full screen. If set to weird custom resolution it does but then my sens is
set wrong

Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date and installed properly.

Hold shift while starting osu! until a configuration window pops up and select "repair osu!"
