Practice a section of a beatmap

Is there any mod that allows you to choose a particular section of a beatmap to practice? I know you can do that in the editor, but 1 - the cursor has a delay on the editor for some reason, and 2 - you can't use mods like HR, HD etc.

No. You can always just make a new difficulty of the map and have it start where you want to practice
