Problem Details: Can't login to my account. Keeps saying I need to verify my identity to play online. I click the text box and it says my account is verified. I go back and I'm still not logged in. I try to click view profile, but it says user doesn't exist. Please help.

After logging out of both, please wait a few minutes. Then log back into the website, then into the client.
