[duplicate] Allow beatmap titles to be set by the mapper

By "beatmap title" I mean the in-game title and artist that scrolls across the screen

Currently, you have to ask a moderator to change it online...
  1. Why can't the mapper change it themselves?
  2. Why is it even an online feature in the first place? Wouldn't it make more sense to be an entry under [Events] in .osu or something?

shoot, I even searched exactly "title text" and I didn't find that somehow
