[Archived] New discord features for Osu! not appearing for me

Problem Details:
Everyone I know is not having any problems with this new update except for myself. They all can use the new discord features for Osu! except for myself. I've done the following but they haven't helped me.
- Uninstalled Better Discord
- Restarted Osu!
- Restarted Discord
- Made sure Osu! was registered as a verified game on Discord
- Went on both single and multiplayer
- Changed to Cutting Egde build for Osu! (Friend asked a mod yesterday about the problem and they recommended this)

osu! version: 20171101cuttingedge

Don't know why it says I'm using cutting edge still. I switched back to the stable build a while ago.

Try what is recommended here and see if it helps. Think it is the same issue

I don't think updating my motherboard chipset will have anything to do with this but I can try. They don't specify what they did by messing with the discord-rpc.dll file (which is where it should be and hidden for me) and I don't think I will be touching it until I get proof that whatever they did worked.

Can you switch back to cutting edge and provide your network.log file?

I have the same problem and tried all of the above, this is my network log.

The issue is known and being looked into. As far as I know, it doesn't involve osu! and instead involves Discord.
