Problem Details: is a file named osu! on my desktop but i cant play on it is just coming up error please help me

Video or screenshot showing the problem: i dont have screen i dont know how to take them

osu! version: 20170731.2

Can you, at least show us the screenshot? It'll be helpful so we can figure out your problem.

You can do one ot these things to take a screenshot:

Hit Print Screen key, and open up Paint/any image editor. Paste it directly, save.
Hit Win+Print Screen. Files will be available in your Pictures\Screenshots folder.

Upload it somewhere (use upppy for quick web upload or anything you like) and link it to us.

Please let us know what the error says when you try to launch osu!.

To uninstall osu!, simply open your Control Panel and navigate to Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features. From there, find and select osu! and click uninstall.
