Problem Details:
When trying to install osu!, it directly starts the updating as always. Updating until 27%, then crushing with a message: Hi! An error occured. Please check your internet connection. And again. And again. Tried to install through old installer, same. Rebooted PC, same.
IBM ThinkPad based on Windows XP.

You can set an Exception for programs
