Switched to taiko mode, switched back, sliders messed up

I switched to taiko mode to get a slow SV; switched back and now all my sliders are extra slow and unsnapped. Freaking out a little here. I can't go back to an old save slot either since I spam ctrl+S like a madman. Any help at all is appreciated. Thanks!

it's likely that you didn't put down any inherit points (Green Lines)

When you changed your sv, did you change it through the timing panel where you setup your bpm?

To fix this you may need to put down an Inherit point on the slider you want extra slow and another inherit point with the 1.00 sv after said slider.
If you changed the sv through the bpm timing panel you should changed that back to your original sv.
