[resolved] Exit full window mode

I know this question has popped up a few years ago but i'm here to as it again. I use to be able to exit full window mode on Osu! by clicking ALT + ESC but now its not working anymore. The only thing different that happens is my taskbar shows up. ORR if i already have an internet tab/ any other program open in the background, it will just open over Osu. Help plz~

osu! version: 20170731.2 (latest)

Alt+Enter is the shortcut to take a program out and into Fullscreen mode. If you are in Borderless mode, things will just appear over the client. True fullscreen should minimize properly when alt+tabbing and whatever.
