You should just know a few things before helping here.- You shouldn't recommend to re-install osu! in the first way, it's only the last resort. - people could lose everything and you would be the one who made the problem more complicated. There's always a way to help someone, you just don't know how yet.
- It's great when you help, but help is no longer needed when the user posted an issue months or even years ago. Don't bump them.
- If you have something to say, feel free to do so. But if someone already said what you wanted to say, there's no need to say it again.
- There's no need to use bbcode like this. You're just helping, your post doesn't need to look really cool or something. Use BBCode when it's needed.
- If you have no idea how to help, don't comment anything.
- Read the whole post! Missing information could be fatal.
