I played Asymmetry [Kiboo's Insane]. It registered my score but why didnt my pp or acc increase / decrease?

Because low combo and bad acc.
PP is based on how well you do on a map. If you use the in-game bot Tillerino you can use various commands to see how much PP you'd get on a Standard Map.
/np will link the map to Tillerino and then you can do !ACC (Insert your ACC) #x (your highest combo) #m (number of misses)
so in your case it would be !ACC 92.57 219x 20m which Tillerino tells you would be worth 15P
