[Archived] empty osu files

I need help fixing the empty osu! file.
I first noticed when I acciendtally enabled the compatibility mode and then keep crashing.
so I went and reinstall and when I finish installing it still crashes.
then I went and check the osu! files and there was only logs and files folders and a data base fili could not find any fixes so please help.

Hold shift while starting osu! until an osu! configuration window pops up, if the compatibility mode checkbox is still selected, unselect it. Hit repair osu!.

If the configuration window can't open because of the crashes, navigate to your installation folder and edit the file "osu!.pcname.config" and check to make sure the lines CompatibilityContext, Shaders, and BloomSoftening all equal 0.
If one ore more of them do not, change them to 0, save the file, and attempt to open osu! again.

If osu! is still crashing, please follow this guide and paste the event viewer log here.

The files have a creation date from the year 2560, please make sure your computer's time is set correctly.

Generally reinstalling is not recommended, however since you have already done that, once you change your date and time back to normal, go ahead and re-download the game.

the time seems to be normal and I am still not sure what to do
