How to disable 300s that appear when hitting a circle?

How do I disable the 300s that appear after hitting circles or sliders? Some skins have it disabled, others aren't. Where do I change it?

Replace hit300-0, hit300g-0, and hit300k-0 with blank files, and also the @2x versions if you have an HD skin
