Problem Details: all his songs have disappeared and when he installs a new songs the song he had before disappear or it doesnt show up

If they don't care about losing their "collections" then delete the osu!.db file in the osu! game directory then open the song select menu, it should rebuild the map database. If not then press F5.

If the problem persists then there may be a corrupt map in the Songs folder, which can be sorted out if that's the matter.
