I wasn't thinking the video was a problem, but I did with the MP3, because I was getting some timing problems(since I used 625 offset and worked better with your audio), nvm, send the comment on pv then I put it back and put your credits on the post. tbh I'll do something to apologize about it. (BTW about the kiai on -Miyashiro-'s diff, ask him because he done all the mapping and timing things)

And also yes, I did use the same time for kiai and offset as you did and actually, I took a lot of inspiration from your mapset to map this lol :o , Idk if that's a bad or good thing but I apologize. :(

hi there, mod from #modreqs, just i mod taiko and mania so in this case taiko.

[General]
  1. Change OD to 5.
  2. Change SV to 1.4 can not be changed sv in taiko by the effect of bpm according to the ranking criteria.
  3. At least should have 2 diff in taiko (muzu and oni) according to the rules.
[Pixel's Service]
  1. Should add word name "taiko" since is unranke.. maybe "Taiko Service" with name gd ye.
  2. 00:00:625 - to 00:04:769 - is so dense and rare to start like this, you should simplify following some vowel 1/2 so I suggest changing patterns.
  3. 00:11:677 (17,18) - you could add finish to emphasize that part.
  4. 00:13:651 - add note to complement 1/1 this makes following the game of notes and improve the interface according to the background rhythm fits well
  5. 00:16:019 (31,32,33,34,35,36,37,38,39,40) - these notes do not match since you follow the trumpet, so you should change that. maybe like: 00:16:414 (32,36) - add finish and 00:16:611 (33,37) - remove, also add note in 00:16:019 - to reference next 3 notes same better to break here imo.
  6. 00:18:190 (40,41,42,43,44,45,46) - same, this note 00:18:289 (41,42,44,45) - should remove no sound here and better follow trumpet.
  7. 00:31:414 (91) - add finish sound is strong there, better for this diff tbh
  8. 00:33:585 - add note sound here and 00:33:782 - same considering that you follow the vowel, it fits very well.

  10. 00:57:269 (204) - change to kat sound vocal is high here.
  11. 01:26:282 (335,336) - make control + g, sound high in 01:26:677 (336) - vocal similar that 01:27:072 (337) - since note low is this 01:26:282 (335) - so i suggest control + g ;) .
In general the map still needs to be more adjusted and more consistency since some parts were somewhat random should consider more about the structure and especially the break so make more selfmod, gl :)

  • 3. 00:20:164 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Up the volume a bit
  • 4. Same here 00:21:743 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - and here 00:23:322 (1,2,3,4,5,6) -
  • 5. 00:30:822 - Fill this empty space with something, e.g. 1 circle and reverse slider
  • 6. 00:32:006 (5,6,1,2) - Spacing here is confusing, you should bring 5 and 1 closer together or make a new combo and make those 4 circles into a stream
  • 7. 00:32:302 (2,3) - Make the spacing here the same as between 00:32:203 (1,2)
  • 8. 01:06:940 - Reverse slider fits the rhythym better and doesn't leave void space. Same here 01:08:519

Ok, take my advice with a grain of salt because this is my first time, but:

00:17:993 (1) - I would consider taking this out and replacing it with three circles on beats 1, 2, and 3 so that you can have a bigger emphasis on when the main melody starts. It seemed sort of anticlimatic.

00:52:730 (3,4,5,6) - could you make these the same distance apart? I think 3 and 4 are closer together than the others. Just a minor thing 

01:16:414 (1,3) - If these are going to be sliders, you could probably make them fit more with the syncopated melody by making them 1/16 shorter, so it follows the vocals. That'll make it fit the song better.

01:27:467 (1) - This slider is a little short, especially for a newbie. Maybe make it a slider with a reverse?

I know it's an energetic song, but in my opinion, there's a bit too much Kiai time. Maybe take out the chunk at the end?

Other than that, looks great by me! Good luck on your mapping :)

So, some sliders seemed to have hitsounds on their ends when they shouldn't and some should have different hitsounds on heads vs ends.

For example, 00:08:519 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - sounds like a machine gun when it really shouldn't.

i changed some hitsounds at (all) the sliders with that "machine gun" sound, they should sound better now
