Problem Details:
Basically, everytime I play for more than 5 minutes, osu crashes. I think it's almost always when I try to add a new beatmap to the game. I have tried reinstalling osu, repairing osu even deleting all my beatmaps. I'm not really sure what to do next. Everytime it crashes and I open up osu again, all beatmaps i added before it crashed is deleted.

1. Which your PC spec or use a notebook?
2. Have you all install the latest drivers or updates?
3. Try cutting edge with compatible mode (you use a old fallback)

1. I use a bad AMD A10 APU with AMD Radeon HD 8000 series graphics, 16 gb ram. But osu has worked for like 1 and a half years before so i don't think it has anything with my computer to do.

Reinstall net.framework, i think this ones are broken. :(

And can you send a error log file from osu folder?

I think is a driver problem with OpenGL. Update or reinstall this driver.

Test one with this:
Open the Osu - Options - Graphics Options and disable this "Shader". :)

Please open the Event Viewer after replicating the crash and search for the error log under Windows Logs > Application.

Did you install any software before the crashes started occurring? Try performing a clean boot to your PC and check if the issue persists.

You might also wanna try performing a SFC scannow. To do so, open cmd and type in sfc /scannow. This will fix any corrupted registry keys and files in your system.

If that doesn't work, you can go back to a System Restore point before this issue started occurring.
