there was a cat
the cat had a gun
The cat suddenly felt an incomprehensible apprehension boiling within him. He could not place why he had killed that dog, only that he did. He began to think of the dog's family; his goals, passions, dreams; how he would never see anything again, how he would never take another breath. He thought about how sorry he was, but he knew nothing he ever did was ever going to return that bullet back into the barrel. The cat felt hopeless. Not knowing what to do, he held the gun up to his head, and slowly squeezed the trigger, sending a speeding, hot bullet through the hard bones of his skull and the soft flesh of his brain. The cat fell on the floor, bathing in his own pool of blood.
In an attempt to feel guilty of oneself, the plant in corner of the living room fell into a heartbroken state, the leaves feeling all rusty, with a small panic attack in it's own green self. A fate sealed onto oneself, it thought, a plant should be achieve the same result.
Of course, the plant could not do anything but to stand in horror in the room, looking around in shame, from the picture frame on the wall about a guy named Brad, and his glimmering smile, to the coffee table in the center of the room, where one would prop their own legs and be a lazy person as usual. If objects could speak, every single object would be heard, screaming madly.
In the distance, a water bottle jumps off of a high-end table next to a comfy chair. It had half of the water in it, and it's cap not on. It spilled on some wires next to an outlet...
