Is there an easy way to stretch all the timing sections?

I’m not entirely sure where to post this (assuming it’s here)

When I tried to time Odd-22 by Terminal 11, I messed up the second half because when I tried to put all the BPMs from a stepmania file in an osu beatmap, the final timing section was 708 milliseconds early compared to where it is supposed to be. Is there an easy way to stretch this second half without having to spend 4 more hours getting smart and lucky while adding 2,3,5,8,10,12,15... milliseconds to the offsets?

Can you provide an upload of the map?
Like File -> Export Package and upload it to a filehoster?
If the required offset changes are mathematically as easy to calculate as you say, it's probably relatively easy to write a small script that adjusts the offsets accordingly.
