Problem Details:

I need help, the site icons do not load, nor the profile photos inside the game, I already reinstalled the game, changed the version, updated the drivers and nothing

Video or screenshot showing the problem:

osu! version: 20170731.2 stable (latest)

Try restarting your modem/router. If that doesn't work, try releasing and renewing your IPConfig as well as flushing your DNS.

You might also wanna try clearing your browser cache.

This is normally a routing issue that can resolve itself over time.

Someone in this thread, t/408703, said deleting presence.db worked for them, it's worth giving a shot. Another thing to try is adding an exception for osu! in your firewall.

I have tried to free the door to the game in the firewall, without success ... ;-;

I used a VPN, and returned to normal
