Problem Details:

I bought a new PC and downloaded some RANKED maps but they are all UNRANKED for me.

There is a known issue of Ranked beatmaps showing as pending (question mark icon) after they are processed.

The way to make the icon go to the ranked one is to change to global ranking on all the difficulties of that song until the icon updates, then it will stay like that as usual. There is no solution for that as far as I know. The fact that the number of people getting affected by it is increasing probably grab attetion of someone sooner or later.
