I can't find many Wacom 480/470s anymore (discontinued?) and the ones I can find are too expensive. The 490 has bad input lag and the H420's pen (currently using) is too heavy. Thanks

I use my old Wacom Bamboo MTE-450A. You can buy it on ebay for like 50 bucks or so.
The Pen is light and has good grip (for me) and has good input lag.

ah dingle dangle, i came in about to suggest the 490 
every streamer i watch has it and has said they havent had any input lag, maybe theyre just lucky. hopefully i am too since mine is being shipped

490 if you drag, theres also taping the nib if you float and its a good cheap option so
