I'm using a Huion 420 and for some reason when dragging the pen across the tablet the mouse cursor is delayed and the game wont detect my keyboard but when hovering it works perfectly fine

For the keyboard detection, click f10 to disable mouse buttons in game. Also make sure you have the most update driver for your tablet model
