[Archived] Problem with stream overlay I'm making :(

I'm currently working on a stream overlay for my friend Mayoi Hachikuji.
But when I open the overlay in OBS this weird white thing appears on it, can someone tell me what it is and how I can get rid of it?
(The overlay is a gif)

Do you have some extra guff there? It may be hard to see on a complete black background, double check and delete everything around there? (just to be sure)

And does it happen solely on OBS? If you upload it to an image host or overlay it on anything else in something else do you get that issue?

(I don't personally dick around with Photoshop or Gifs)

It's possible maybe the encoding of the gif is derped even, I'm not sure.
